| i rented season 3 of 24 yesterday and i must say i'm a little
disappointed. definitely not as good as the 4th season... i'm hoping it
will get better. i'll really regret wasting the 16 hours it takes to
watch the damn season...

| ughhh... i feel sick. have been sitting on the couch in front of the tv
for 8 hours straight watching season 4 of "24" with the exception of
getting up to change discs....
what a productive day i've made my last day of freedom out to be.

| So I attempted some Christmas shopping today but was quite
unsuccessful... only one down but quite a few more to go. Anyhow, I
decided to stop by the Apple store and see what the fuss was about with
the damn nano. It is actually pretty cool. I can see why they
discontinued the mini, because up until today, the mini was pretty damn
cool. They should expand the range of colors for the nano though...
Anyhow, I get to work more this week! I need the money so I am more
than happy to do it. It probably won't continue though, since I'm only
covering for SJSU people who have finals this week.

| FINALS ARE OVER! I've had 5 hours of sleep total in the past two nights... not too sleepy now but a bit delirious and exhausted.
It's about damn time. I've pretty much had no contact with the
outside world for the past 6 days. These past six days have consisted
of going to the library basement at around noonish, grabbing dinner,
back to the dungen and leaving at midnight. Much to my surprise, it
felt really weird to be anywhere else on campus other than the library basement,
more specifically. As I got out of my last and dreaded final this
morning at 11, I remembered how nice it is to actually be out and about
in the morning. Seeing as all my classes start at noon or later this
quarter has not left me many opportunities or motivation for that matter, to need to be up that early.
Today was definitely a day to catch up to life: current events,
my weekly fix of tv shows, as well as updating online crap like this...
This week has definitely bridged a gap between the world and my own
little world. I guess I can now sleep easier knowing I'm up to date on
my Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, and CSI.
So Jen and Janet came over had lunch and caught up on these shows that
we sacrificed for finals. Anyhow, we were able to kill 2 birds and also
be updated on news from the news breaks they have during the
commercials.
As finals are over, it is only natural for my brain to shut down and
forget everything I've worked so hard to re-learn and understand. I
thought I'd never have to deal with not for profits, governmental
funds, sampling errors and the like, for at least the time being. But
for some reason, JenLong was possessed and was able to relate the shows
to all of the above. To say the least, Janet needed to restrain me from
hurting her! Ok, so I'm being extreme, but I haven't writting in this
in so long and it's also the only thing I have energy to do tonight.
I love this feeling of relief. I have 4 weeks all to myself to do
whatever I damn well please... which will hopefully include
snowboarding, Geisha, and shopping!

| oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh. tomorrow is the season premiere of
desperate housewives and grey's anatomy. something i've been
aniticipating all through summer and until now. so sad but quite
true... that this is in fact the highlight of the day.
i can't wait!
